    Everything they typed should be prefaced with *SORRY FOR THE CAPS LOCK, I REALLY AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY COMP...NO REALLY, I'M NOT JUST SAYING THIS...REALLY.*

    They might just need something as simple as a keyboard change. If they have a laptop they can always plug a laptop in to fix the problem. Typing in all caps can be disrespectful to others reading it.
