You should be okay, unless you use bleach in your hair. And perms are VERY dated... are you sure you want to do that?

i got told to wait a couple of weeks to colour hair after perming because the hair needs time to recover. the perm depends on your hair, how thick it is and how long because if your hair is heavy it will pull the perm out. so sometimes you need to have tightish curls that will drop with the weight of your hair after a week or so. the best thing to do is have a chat with the hair dresser as they will know best once they have seen your hair.
