Has anyone used Logmein.com? Is this a good safe service?

I swear by it. My partner and I save hundreds of hours a year using it. No more driving to the client site to reload some app or test something on the machine. It is safe because you have to load a client and the user has to invite you on their system.

Yes it's safe. I've had a few similar services and this one seems to be the easiest to use.
