  • Slash; no one tires of his G&R music.
  • Brian May. Just because I love Queen.
  • They have very different styles. May is a classic-influenced guitarist and his style proved to be very influential. His guitar solos are very lyrical and sound almost like classical string instruments on most tracks, he is very much responsible for Queen's trademark, original sound. Also, he was a wizard in the studio and most of his recognizable sound has to do with overdubs and tweaking. Not that he doesn't sound great playing live. Slash is a more of a "feel" player, strongly influenced by blues and punk bands. He brought back to the Hard Rock genre precisely that, a much needed "feeling", after years of shredders and fast-as-lightning guitar players. He and GN'R. took it to a different direction, there's an authenticity about the guy. It's not really fair to compare them. I can't make a decision. I like to appreciate both their styles.
  • Slash because he is Slash. The end. Have a Nice day.
