  • I suppose I'd just give more power to the states and downsize the military, putting the extra money in public healthcare and education.
  • Stricter laws protecting the environment. That would be first on my list.
  • I would allow homosexual to get married.
  • Large corporations who outsource jobs to other countries would pay much higher taxes than those who don't.
  • First of all the President of the U.S. does not enact law, Congress does. Some laws I would like to see would include banning the "borrowing" of funds from the Social Security Trust Fund, Abolishment of any statute of limitations for child molestation, Overhauling the tax system to a user-based system without loopholes. I'd also be for a balanced budget amendment. I would also ban "hate-crime" laws, the punishment for attacking a homosexual black muslim woman or a heterosexual white christian man should be the same, both should be harsh. When you create separate laws for different people you are headed down the wrong path.
  • if i were prez i'd nuke every aber who gives me a negative -.-
  • I would promote world peace for heaven's sake.
  • I would immediately rescind every executive order on the books. Then I would slash the executive branch of the federal government all the way back to what's actually constitutional.
  • These aren't all laws but these are some of the things I'd do as president. First thing I would do would be to cancel the US's membership to the United Nations, do to their repeated attempts to undermine our constitution. If they proceeded to harass America after it withdrew from their organization, I would order the military to regard the UN as a terrorist organisation. Then I would abolish the Selective Service System, and have it's directors arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate the constitution and threatening the freedom of the American people. I would then abolish the patriot act. Then I would transfer the majority of troops currently in Iraq to Afghanistan and Pakistan to hunt for Osama Bin Laden.
  • I would abolish some BS laws for people running for any Office. Like you must be a natural born U.S. citizen to become President. LOL A nation of immigrants is the only nation on Earth that has such a law regarding its executive branch. I find that disgraceful. Secondly, I would put some mandatory subjects in through the Department of Education (i.e. Pronounciation [just like spelling in grade school except kids would learn how to read last names such as Wa'Thiong'O, Wibbenmeyer, and Brzeszczynski], World Geography [ many Americans can't locate the freakin' countries our military has invaded and conquered victoriously, that is saaad ], etc.). Thirdly, I would lower the drinking age to 18, 16 with parental consent under 20% alcohol content with parental/guardian supervision; adding on to that I would legalize cannabis and tax it like we tax alcohol and tobacco, let the ATF agency handle the rest. I would lift the ban on Cuban cigars, maybe the entire embargo on Cuban products, idk. I would provide state funded colleges and universities, like most of the world has (ALMOST FREE IF NOT FREE EDUCATION), but without eliminating the private ones that have been very prominent in the history of our country. I would shorten the education span needed to earn the BA degree to 3 years, instead of 4 (that's how it is in much of Europe and Africa, and some of Asia). I would abolish our motto of "In God We Trust", and have a poll on something new, with all due respect to its anti-communist history and upbringing in the second half of the XX century. It's promoting Theistic views, and that's un-American, really. I would abolish speed limits on all highways outside of urban territory (just like Germany, they're safe, and they're well off with it, not to mention it's the nation we copied the idea of highways off of (AUTOBAHN)). I would slowly, one brand by one brand, start banning the production and sale of gasoline powered automobiles. I would only allow certain road vehicles to be gasoline powered, but still kept to a bare minimum. I would also look into what I could do to water vehicles, and I think I would leave the aero-industry alone. I would ban cigarettes, chewing tobacco, cigarillos, but I would give the nation 3-4 years before the law would come in effect. Licenses for products named above may be possible under some circumstances. Cigars would be fine, though, as most cigar smokers are occasional smokers, and they don't inhale. I would abolish the emphasis of Christianity on our military. I would legalize gay/lesbian marriage. Since this is a nation of nation, a culture of cultures, I don't see a problem with it, this is not Ukraine, Kenya, or Japan. I would make abortion illegal, only legal in certain medical circumstances, like the possibility of death, etc. And I think that would be a good start. CHANGE lol But of course I wouldn't 'make' the laws, I would ratify them, I think. KINDA LONG, BUT WHAT ARE YOU'RE THOUGHTS???
