Nothing. If he starts to think it's a problem, I'm sure he'll do something about it. If he doesn't then that's okay too.

For health reasons I would be concered about my significant other. I would not leave them or anything, but do my best to encourage them to regain healthy habits.

It doesn't bother me if it doesn't bother him. I'll let the doctor chew him out if it interfers with his health, then we'll diet togehter.

I would be very concerned about why. There are serious health conditions that can cause weight gain. It could also be psychological stress coming through as unhealthy eating behaviors. If your significant other is truly significant to you, he or she needs your love and concern.

I would be concerned. Then, the two of us would probably design a weight and exercise program to reduce the added weight and improve our health.

I'd suggest that we both try to get healthier -- maybe try to alter my cooking a little bit -- but ultimately it's up to him and I'll be there for him regardless.
