It's definitely over-done in my book. I like a buff bod as much as the next gal, but lean and mean doesn't have to go this far. I do admire the dedication of natural bodybuilders, but I don't think humans were intended to see both parts of the bicep!

I like muscles but only if they actually get there by doming something like real work. There's just something about the real thing that is so different than muscles gotten in a gym. I'm not into artificial.

I find this amount of muscle mass freakish. I don't think humans are meant to look like that. I couldn't look like that if I worked out 18 hours a day for ten years.
