The sky is whatever color the molecules scatter out of the sunlight. It is usually blue light but sometimes other molecules and particles make the sky more reddish or yellow.

Snowflake and Galeanda are both right. It is always black but it appears to our eyes to be whatever color wavelenghts aren't being absorbed and are reflecting that color light all over the place. Blue 95% of the time but at dusk and dawn it sometimes is red, yellow, purple, and/or orange.

depends on the time of day.. if dark it looks black, but more closy to navy darky blue..

Colors don't exist. it's a quantity of light that a materia absorbes. So technically, it doesn't have a colour.

the sky is actually black because ur looking at dead space (which is a great game by the way) but the ocean with sunlight reflecting off it shining into the sky causes it to be blue

So you are saying that blue is the fake color of the sky? Trust me on this. Your eyes are not deceiving you. On a clear day the sky really is blue and at night the sky really is black. (Some of these questions on answerbag are really lame.)

Depends on when you are looking, sometimes it is green, like during a tornado, sometimes it is red, because of Because of dust, water, and pollution. Particles in the air scatter light. In the day, the particles scatter more violet and blue light, but our eyes are more sensitive to blue light — that’s why the sky appears blue.
