Ham and Swiss for sure. The two flavors work together much better with that combination. Rye bread and yellow or grainy mustard will complete the experience. And for the ultimate, add thin-sliced kosher dills onto the sandwich.

It depends on which cheese you prefer. I can't stand Swiss, so I'd go with the Ham and American Cheese.

I prefer ham and swiss. Could you throw a little mustard on that too before passing it.
