You can check with the local parks and recreation centers in you town. You can also check at local highschools or colleges to see if they have classes in glass blowing.

If there is a glass speciality shop in your local area, they may offer classes. We have one such place where I live - it's called the One-Eared Cow (for what reason, I do not know!) and they offer glassblowing instruction regularly. Also some TEC schools or continuing education centers may offer these classes.
