Probably VirtualDub wuld be the right tool for you to use - it's free as well since it's release under the GNU General Public License. I've been using it myself for some time and have had no problems with it and aside from that it doesn't appear to have any nasty surprises such as spyware etc. Go to http://www.virtualdub.org/index to see about getting hold of it and what you need to run it etc. Hope that helps!

Try this software (http://www.nirp.co.uk/rotatevideos/). Its called Rotate Videos and its much easier to use than others including VDub.
