If a girl wanted to make out she would, look him into the eyes and just talk then she would casually stroke his arm or shoulder. lick her lips, or even play around and rub his neck, sometimes that helps.

She get really close to the guy, is sweet and playful, etc. She'll stare at you without either of you talking. I know I tend to lightly bite my lip.

Hard to explain but there is a combination of eye brow movement, eyelid/eye relaxing, and mouth movement that is almost like a natural signal. You'll pick up on it eventually. Kinda weird ;p
