First of all, when was the last time you were shorter than 5'6''? If it was a year or more my guess is you've stopped growing for the most part. However, no one can fully be certain when someone stops growing. Even doctors have to guess. I'd say once you are 25 or so however, you can safely bet you are that height.

you didn't stop, i'm the same, a guy usually grows'till 21 and girls'till 18. Normally you grow alot arround 14 years old,but it's not in al cases, Things you can do to help you grow are,Swimming, volleybal, and basketball.
