If you compile enough debt than yes. It can definitly affect you. Just ask my sister.

Pay that damn $16.00 and be done with Blockbuster. I threw my Membership card at those idiot pricks who work at the one near me. Who knows if the late fees are even correct but don't go through hell for such a small amount. Pay it and get a letter in writing back that it is resolved.
