Well, it has less calories, so assuming the same level of exercise you would be less fat, and fat is bad for your heart, so yes.

I used to think so but the results of a new study came out today. The study says that more than 1 soda per day of any kind is bad for us.

Yes! I do... Soda of any kind either diet or not is acid. Heart disease in many ways is the result of an Over Acid Body. Over Acidity is believed to effect over half of the population. A lack of minerals in the diet is directly responsible for the build up of acidity. Your body is designed by nature to be slightly alkaline. Over the years we simply do not receive enough mineral content in our diet and we become acidic. Oxygen is the donor of energy for our body cells. An acidic solution repels oxygen and therefore comprises our immune system and leads to disease and sickness. An alkaline body absorbs oxygen 100 times more and protects our body. Acid damages our organs, including our arteries. Stay away from the Soda, supplement with a quality mineral and vitamin supplement immediately and also add a quality CoQ10 supplement to your daily routine to re build your heart. http://www.coralsupreme.com

I think that's a question for your doctor. I think you are helping your heart more if you drink something that isn't entirely made up of chemicals and artificial flavors, but that's just my opinion.
