Stephanie Courtney is an improv actress who is part of the Groundlings Main Stage company. She's a funny gal! As a Casting Director, I have enjoyed her work on stage and on the tube.

The blond in the Progressive Commercial is Monica Creel. Flo is played by Stephanie Courtney.

Stephanie Courtney,Coleen Crabtree or Flo, she is the most irritating and unattractive commercial actor I've encountered recently. She wears more makeup than a drag queen and her head is the size of a full sized watermelon. I have some good ideas about what she can do with her "tricked-out name tag"...

do you really think it is fair to slam her for what the commercial's creators have done? that is NOT at all what Stephanie looks like when not in front of the Progressive cameras. Just because you do not like the way a CHARACTER looks is no reason to slam the ACTOR/ACTRESS.
