How come you can't have a background on facebook?

That is how their site is scripted. You can't upload a piece of info that isn't asked for.. Ping their admin or op with emails until you get banned, or they change the script.

Facebook is the most overrated social media website. You either go by the do's and don'ts to keep it simple, or you move on to another social media website that will fit your needs.
