Many times when I answered a question or commented on an answer it ended up being deleted because someone reported my answer. It could be anyone.

Regardless of who reports the comment/answer THE STAFF are the only ones who can delete a statement. Ultimately THEY decide which comments are offensive. I'm sure quora would be very accepting of your anti Christian discrimination.
