  • It depends- generally I'll give myself a day off of exercising. Somedays I give myself a cheat meal, but that has to be planned. Count your calories daily to hit a goal, but also look at weekly. If you're going to have a cheat day, adjust your daily calories so with the cheat meal included you don't exceed your weekly calorie goal.
