Will Answerbag ever stop putting old questions at the top of the list of questions?
That is how some people who answer questions might have the same or similar answer as before. They may have answered the question once before without realising it.

No. They go there when someone answers them to show you it has new activity. If you don't want your questions to show back up when someone answers them maybe this is not the site for you. I seriously doubt they are going to rewrite the program just to please you and piss everyone else off. They also recycle old questions when no one is asking new ones. The solution to that is more people need to ask new questions.
