  • No what can I do. My friend is adamant the world runs on corruption. I probaly bleed it dry every chance I get so equally guilty in reality. If Sam Bankman-Fried doesn't go to jail Congress has been bought off?
  • Nothing more than spending the last seven+ decades being honest and fair in dealing with family, friends, and strangers. I was even asked by a potential employer to lie to my potential co-workers, which I refused to do on the spot. Of course, I didn't get the job. But, did I want to work for that person? I think not!
  • Not committing crime.
  • Well there was the story of a girl who cried a river and drowned the whole world. I don't know if it reduced corruption, but it was a one hit wonder.

      Did she drown in tears?
  • It starts with you, as that's the only thing you can control. Secondly, raise awareness, but people will not always be receptive, for many reasons, firstly, many people are just trying to work enough to make ends meet, and to look after their family, secondly, ignorance is bliss, truth takes away your security, that's it's price, and finally denial is extremely powerful.

It’s true that it starts with the individual. I am aware of people and when I try to make others aware of things like the corruption in the world some people are close minded and shut off but they choose to be like that. I understand some people have a family to look after. I like when people are true to themselves and true to their word on things. Denial is basically lying and ignorant

The thing about denial is that people aren't aware that they are lying to themselves, it's like the smoker who knows smoking cigarettes increases risk of lung cancer, but doesn't stop smoking until they have lung cancer, but if terminal continue to smoke.

      I understand the context
  • I am advocating Conservatism.
  • I try to put a smile on people's faces. 😊

That’s good to hear although with some people, it’s impossible to make them smile. It’s a challenging thing to do to make some people smile and others are easier
