Bottom quarter. Or maybe closer to the bottom 20% It means out of 371 students they did better than 67 students and 303 students did better than them.

It means you're toward the bottom - which makes complete sense if you can't figure out a simple percentage from those two numbers. Go get your job application at McDonald's and start your career. They'll only ask you to deep-fry the french fries, not count them. What a relief, right?
