Love it and have a really tasty recipe for it that was given to me by a neighbor. Come to think of it I haven't made it in ages and now I want some.

If you are talking about Borscht, cabbage is optional in several recipies, it's based on beets. I've had some good ones and some bad ones. Over all, I like it.
