In NH they don't even have to be armed. Hell, if your property is posted they don't even have to be inside. Might explain the low crime rate here....

I would. Who cares if it's legal, throw there body in the ocean or a lake, or possibly burn the evidence. Don't feel bad, because they would have no remorse about stealing all your shit. Crime is a game, you can lose and win. It's there fault not yours.

In Texas it sure is! And if he's in my house with a gun, you can bet the farm that he will get shot! I'm partially dis-abled, and I have to protect my wife and kids. I sure can't fight him.
