Well reinstating it might be a good idea. They should also work on the economics to provide more jobs. That is a big part for all the crime. I have seen SA does not promote abstance instead they say use protection. Over all the morals are down and when its that way crime increases does not matter what country you are in. I'm not saying there is no one in SA that is not good. Its still a developing country thats all. I worry about the safety of my girlfriend some times but there is not much I can do.
