  • As an <cough> ex toker, i have to say i love the stuff, but after 16 years of it, i have had enough, its robbed me of any ambition, as you put it off til tomorrow, and as we know tomorrow never comes! it makes me mood swing, lethargic, yes i laugh my head off alotand helps me sleep but other than that, its long term effects on myself show in my skin and my temperament, if i had my choice all over again i wouldn't have started.
  • It has many spiritual/medicinal uses and should be legal. www.erowid.com
  • I personally don't care too much for it, but I think it should be legalized and then it won't be so darn much fun. It's like the government is afraid of it.
  • i think it should be legal and the killers alcohol and tobacco should be illegal. i too am a ex toker and found myself more motivated while smoking and calmer. Also it stimulated my creativity. However jobs don't see that and UA so i had to quit. Sad that a crack head can stop for three days and get a job but a weed smoker has to quit for a month. A drunk can drink the night before the test and pass because most uas for jobs don't test for alcohol. the system sucks.
  • I agree that alcohol and tobacco should be illegal if Marijuana is; the two aforementioned substances are also highly addictive, and dangerous. I don't understand the distinction. I also think that medical marijuana should be legal in all 50 states.
  • i think it can destabilise people, it did so with me. It contributed to me having a psychotic breakdown, so i don't touch the stuff any more.
  • I love it!
  • I think is should be legalized and regulated the same as alcohol.
  • It's a plant. It mentally clears things up, cuts through the distractions and helps me focus. ¤ Other people: "based on personal observation, case study reports, or random investigations rather than systematic scientific evaluation: anecdotal evidence." Legal status: It should be made legal for medical use and recreational. • There is no link between marijuana use and lung cancer. http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/996229 • Prohibition doesn't work. http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/988820 • There is no psychosis strictly attributed to cannabis use. http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/943970 So to quote the ONDCP[our tax $(Office of National Drug Control Policy)] says- Marijuana Use the "Safest Thing in the World" A little more in-depth answer: http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/1000148
  • I think it is great.Something natural and harmless to be used recreationally or for self growth and spirituality.
  • Do what you want. Just don't blow it in my face or pressure me to smoke it. =)
  • Marijuana IS bad. Potheads will make excuses saying it isn't, but you know what? Crack addicts will make excuses for crack, alcoholics will make excuses for alcohol, heroin addicts will make excuses for heroin. It's all bad. Marijuana causes paranoia, memory loss, changes in mood and temperament. And pot addicts even have the audacity to say it's not addictive...yeah, right! So why do you continue to smoke it if it's not addictive? I bet you couldn't stop if you wanted to. Marijuana should be illegal.
  • i like it. nothing wrong with it. it's a plant. i don't really have beef with too many plants. as for using it, people that have poor opinions of it, in general, seem to be people that don't know anything about it or have had little (or no) PERSONAL FIRSTHAND experience with it. really, if you don't smoke it (or haven't tried it), you probably don't know. it WON'T addict you physically. mentally...that's up to the user. you can get addicted to anything if you let yourself. it's not going to cause you long term suffering, it's not going to kill you...out of all the substances people use in this manner, it'll undoubtedly be the safest. people have to open up their minds. there isn't anything WRONG with it. i don't see why people don't grasp that.
  • 1. Blown WAY out of proportion: a. Over feared b. Over glamorized 2. Less detremental compared to many "leagal" or socially acceptable drug/intoxicant. Lies and deciept has lead many to fear and hate users. Social fear has made it the perfect rebelion's drug. Deception and propaganda creates reality: A majority of the american population who use marijuana aproach it without respect; mislead by such propaganda, leading to missuse. If everyone stoped making such a huge deal and moral priority of it, it would cease to be as wide spread of a problem.
  • I'm entirely for it in every way shape and form! There are plenty of drugs both legal and illegal that are far worse. Only a twisted hypocrisy, and an ill-informed smear/fear campaign ever caused it to become illegal in the first place.
  • It made me paranoid.
  • It's not baaaaaaaaaad.
  • Never abuse of Marijuana, or you'll end up like poor old George Michael...
  • Smokin weed everyday, boi.
  • Ummm, I forget, oh well. Is that pizza done yet?
  • One of the three "P's" of a good weekend. along with "women" and pizza
  • I haven't touched it in about 12 years. I don't like it, I think it changes who you are. That said, it shouldn't be illegal (at least as long as alcohol is legal). If you want to do it, go ahead.
  • I wish I could find the robot chicken Smokey the bear video. It sums it up perfectly.
  • i don't smoke anymore, i used to smoke often when i was a kid. i don't think it's wrong to use it on occasion. i think it's a bad idea to smoke it all day every day. i think it's illegal because the government makes more money off it that way. i'd like to see penalties loosened a bit. i know that it does have MANY medicinal uses, and hemp has about 5000 uses as well. if pot were decriminalized and regulated, many people would benefit from it, and likely need less Rx drugs... I don't think it's a bad thing, if, like anything else, you can use it responsibly
  • better than alcohol
  • Decriminalize it.
  • A friend with weed is a friend indeed.
  • ew..humans are so weak..i'm ashamed
  • Nope. My opinion has never touched the stuff.
  • Use to smoke, personally don't like it anymore. But I don't see anything wrong with doing it and yes it should be legalized!!
  • Every man (& woman) to their own. If they do it in their own home & their not taking away from their family or neglecting them or driving then go for it. Much better then most of the stuff people get ahold of today & I've seen it help quite a few people who are suffering with cancer to feel better. I use to think it was bad because I don't do it & it always made me paranoid but over the years I've seen it do less harm to people then the other things they use to get high on so now I don't think its so bad. As long as their an adult & they want to do it I think it should be as legal as booze. I haven't seen to many stoners want to fight & destroy things but I have people who are drunk. And the ones I've seen stoned thats drove usually go wayyyy below the speed limit unlike most who are drunk & go to fast & lose control easily. Most people that I know that smoke it usually just mellow out & want to relax & keep to their selves.
  • Better to use in the morning to empty your bowel.
  • Useful and has it's purposes. For it, wish it was legalized even more than just in CA. I think it helps people relax sometimes. It is extremely helpful to help ease suffering and pain in people that are ill, in moderation it's not a big deal.
  • marijuana brings happiness. i love marijuana. its another joy in life. :)
  • Groovy
  • its f***in beautiful man, weed is peace, spread the weed lol (;
