  • By constantly telling myself not to expect to much from myself as well as other people, that way the disappointment is usually kept to a low level. I also tell myself not to stress myself and try so hard to achieve things, in the past I was a big stress head that worried about loads of stuff, and at the end of the end what's the point if things are conspiring against you so you won't achieve the goals?
  • i try to focus on being happy and making other people happy instead of reaching high goals.
  • i feel self image and self esteem are not improtant at all. no one really knows who you are. not even yourself at times. by having a neutral and thoughtless self esteem you can focus on enjoying and sucseeding in life instead of worrying about something stupid like what someone will think of your outfit.
