I got grounded for two months for selling porn to kids at a Catholic school.

Yeah I got grounded, (as well as getting my ass whipped, which I still consider a good thing to any of the stupid things I did) But only for something light (such as missing curfew by a hour or two, or something of that nature).

I don't remember ever really being grounded. I do remember time out though, because my mom had a 10 minute Sand Timer that she would set on the counter near where we were. That was torture for a 10 year old boy who loved soccer!

i can't really remember, sometime around 12 years old the grounding stopped. but it made a surprise appearance again when i was 16 and i stayed the night at a girl's house of which my parents didn't know and i never even told them what i was doing the night before. they called it grounded, but they just didn't let me drive for about a week or so. that was kinda weird.

i have never been grounded. they said i was grounded, but forgot every time.

Grounding wasn't a punishment used by my parents. If I had been grounded and the sentences had been consecutive I would probably still be grounded, and I turn 47 Sunday!

Yes, I was usually grounded for 2 weeks. My longest was a month, and my step mom made SURE I didn't do anything fun for litarally a month.

My mother would look for excuses to ground me just so I would do all the housework. My grounding was done when the ironing,bathrooms,kitchen and launry was done. She had it made in the shade.

I was grounded until i escaped out the window and returned the next day to warn my mother if she continued that behavior i would continue mine. I told her it is far better for her to know where i am and what i am doing than to have me climbing out windows and running around at all hours of the night. Apparently saw the sense in that and grounding no longer occurred.
