It happened to me yesterday. I could not see any images and everything was very difficult to use. I tried to ask a question about it but although it seemed OK, it was not to be seen afterwards, as everything went back to normal..

I couldn't come here at all. My computer said Looking for: and then server not responding. It took maybe 3 hours for that problem to go away.

I couldn't load the site a few times, then last night there was about a 30 minute period where I couldn't give points.
