Not to sound conceded but I like both on me when the occasion is called for. Though with dresses you can get some really cool glitter ones which make me happy so I like a lot. Edit: Out of the first 4 answers I was the only girl responding O.o

Umm if I had to go with one I would take the skirt at least it could pass as a kilt but being a guy its a little difficult to answer.

I like both. I love formal occasions (like weddings) when you have to get all dressed up. I went to one last weekend actually. I'd say dresses I guess.

Being a dumb guy, I have to ask, what's the difference? Neither one has a crotch, both show off your legs(my personal prefernce)and I'm guessing they are both chilly in the winter.

I think I would look silly in either. If I had to wear high heels I would break my neck, assuming they made them in size 14. How do women WALK in those things? Oh, your question was about WOMEN in dresses. I like both on a Lady. :)

Skirts, because I can mix and match sizes. Dress never fit all of me the same.

I actually perfer both...but wear more skirts and tops.

My wife prefers me to wear skirts, she can mix and match tops better that way. It gives her more opportunity to use color. Right now pink and black are her favorites on me. I agree with her on the choice of skirts. I can wear a larger blouse size which is more comfortable.

Uuuuh...I don't own that many dresses...I think it's easier to wear a skirt because I change the top and make it look like I have more than 1 outfit. Looks? I don't know...(And I'm not about to go change and find out!)

Short skirts look best on me. While there are some gorgeous dresses out there that I absolutely would love to have, none of them look right on my body.

If we are God fearing people we would follow the scripture of Deuteronomy 22:5 as the bible is very clear on how men and woman should dress also 1 Timothy 2:9 I would like to add: I have been saved for about a year now and have not been out of a skirt since. I strongly believe in the scriptures of Deuteronomy 22:5, and 1 Timothy as well as all of Proverbs 31. Knowing how hard it was to find a skirt that was considered to be modest apparel. I took all of the jeans I owned and converted them into skirts. Since then my 14 year old daughter and I have been making skirts in all different sizes for other woman in the church. It has been a great growth experience for us not only in faith but in fellowship together.
