Yes and drives me crazy. Even when I'm totally interested in the person, I just can't remember names.

Ice man Thanks. It's funny that with some people I do and with others I don't. When I meet someone new I try to repeat their name several times in my head .. but that doesn't always work. I've tried to associate names with others who have similar names or traits. LOL that didn't work so well either and can be embarrassing. :-).

Yes, when I'm a little nervous with first introductions. I pick up so many non-verbal impressions sometimes which splits my attention.
