Why do you want to run away to mexico? Besides running away is not going to help you any. You have to learn to face your problems and troubles.

You will probably face no consequences, especially if you don't have a history of running away. The law varies depending on your state, but the worst that would happen would be a delinquency hearing, and you may be ordered to counseling. On the other hand, your brother would be violating several federal and state kidnapping and child endangerment statutes, and could spend most of his life in prison if he is ever caught. If your brother is able to support you, and you have good cause to want to escape your parents, you can petition for your brother to have guardianship over you. Then you won't have to run away.

The consequences on running away to Mexico with your brother is bad and trust me it isn't as fun as you think. Remember Dog the bounty hunter? He was trying to get a criminal in Deep south Mexico with out a warrent and he got busted. Three years in jail and when he came back to the U.S. he was under house arrest for about a year I think. In Mexico, they have different laws like if they catch you, you are guilty right away. Some times I think that Mexico is doing their job a lot better than U.S. Either way it is bad. Try to run away but U.S. customs will find you very fast. Think it over but make good choices. Don't do something you don't want to do.
