If your company doesn't provide matching, is saving in a 401K worth it?
Mine doesn't offer matching, so it doesn't seem like a good deal.

Definitely worth it. It lowers your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) and it is taken off pre-tax.

Definitely! It deferred taxation and it allows you to save for retirement. 401k has a higher contribution limit than a IRA and Roth IRA.
