  • Sciences History Sport Dancing English Lit. Art
  • I loved Spanish.
  • Shop but I wish I had taken Home Economics!
  • Fine art
  • Reading, mostly. It was basically an hour of free time for me, as I adore reading. After that, any science or math class.
  • History. For a project, I made an atlatl, a primitive throwing stick. When asked to demonstrate it, I stood outside the classroom and threw spears around the parking lot. Then I came back into class and told a bunch of stuff I just made up. Years later, I found out that what I had said was all true - every bit of it. I had elaborated on different types of spears and point shapes and shaft lengths and best choice of wood, having never seen any of this nonsense before, but a History Channel program on primitive hunter-gatherers confirmed everything I had told the class. I actually got a good grade on it at that time, and felt a little guilty for all the BS. Now I don't feel so bad.
  • Literature. I had this great teacher, I wrote her last year and she lives in Manhattan now. We read some far out stories, mostly macabre, sick and twisted tales and she made them come alive.
  • My favorite class was art! I loved making pottery and sketching out new things :P
  • Mathematics. I used to love numbers, now I spend four hours on a calculus problem and want to rip my hair out.
