Under the One-Child policy, can foreigners in China produce as many children as they want? What if one parent is Chinese?

    Yes, they can. Whenever the child are not Chinese Nationality.

    Normally, the child will get same nationality as parent.

    If one parent is Chinese with the right marriage certificate in China,
    they can choose nationality for their child.

    But I'm not sure can they choose Chinese nationality if the parent
    are both foreigner.

    In addition to Wiroon's answer, people from ethnic minority groups (non-Kan)can have up to 2 or 3 children.
