  • Too strict. The law needs to respect people's right to free speech. While it's true that in a system with truly universal, uncensored free speech, some people are always going to abuse the right and say some things that some will find offensive, but by the same token that we need to have more respect for individuals' rights and capabilities of free speech and independent thought, we also need to give the proper respect to every one's ability to simply not listen, rather than thinking that it's necessary to stop people from hearing or seeing certain things. Words are just words, if you find particular ones offensive, then don't listen to them and don't say them, but putting laws in place so that no one can does more damage to the world and society than any of these words they try to censor *Ever* could.
