Car flooded with water. where do i take it to get the water out?

Two places you can call. Autodetailers (they detail the car, meaning clean the interior) or a Body Shop. Some (not all) have the facilities to clean out and dry out flooded autos, if they do not have it on hand then they will know or send the car to an Auto Detailer. Mind Insurance may cover flooded auto, thus the Insurance company may have their preffered local place of business. Even if you are not covered for flood, they may refer you to a nearby (local) place.
