Make them! Then they have just the right amount of everything you like. Plus, it's a lot cheaper this way.

Depends. I mostly make my own sandwiches, but I do get cheese burgers at fast food places, and I buy Subs. If that's what you mean.

Unless I'm traveling and don't have food with me, I always make them. I rarely eat out, period unless forced to.

Why would anyone buy a sandwich? It's hardly a complicated recipe.
