Does milk in different parts of the country smell/taste different, depending on what the farmers feed the dairy cows?

IMO it does, milk here in London tastes diffrent to that in Newcastle-upon-tyne and Oslo, Norway (where I live)

Yes it does. 80% of it is feed related. The remaining 20% is due to poor hygiene (milking procedures), rancidity, chemical residues, oxidation, and other sources.
