  • Uhh...whuh? Does this have anything at all to do with Oakland CA?
  • Are you talking about alli? I think it is because it is the frist ever weight loss supplement approved by the FDA. It only makes you poop oil if you have ingested to much fat for the day - about 15g. If you have EXCELLENT self control, I don't think it is an issue.
  • I took Xenical, the prescription form of Alli for a month. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. While it doesn't effect your heart, your metabolism, or your energy levels, it still has painful and awkward results. I took it because I was frustrated with being stuck at this year-long plateau that I'm still at... I work out 4-5 times a week, I eat a healthy low-fat diet (as you've seen), and so I asked my Dr. if I could try some type of diet pill in hopes it might kick start weight loss. ... well, they claim that by taking the pills that you will change your diet to reduce how much fat/carbs you eat... except I already was basically living off of lean meats/fish and veggies... it didn't matter... I could eat only lettuce and I would have "oily discharge"... horrid. I had the WORST stomach aches all the time; my boyfriend could literally push air bubbles through my intestines and we could hear/feel them move. I honestly believe that this pill is the cause of my digestion problems I now have when it comes to fatty/oily food. Oh, and by the way, I didn't lose any weight.
