If you mean consecutive successful conversions of save opportunities, then the record is held at 84 by Eric Gagne of the Dodgers, from Aug 28th 2002 through to finally blowing an opportunity against the D-backs on July 5th 2004. He shattered the previous record of 54 by Tom Gordon, set during 1998-99 - some people talk about his saves streak being on a par with DiMaggio's famous "unbreakable" hitting streak, but I guess only time will tell about that.
