Not that I know anything about these things but I would say bong if you are in a rush and brownies if you have time.

Back in my druggy days, I'd say bong hit. Brownies take too long and they take too many (and too much weed) to get you high.

I once ate brownies that got me about as high as I've ever been. Our group in High School Home Ec made a batch in class where all six members added a sizable contribution from different sources. Due to the fact that there were six other ovens also making normal brownies at the same time and all the ovens were industrially vented through the roof, no one else had a clue. We did no special preparation just had the stems and seeds cleaned out and tossed it into the batter. If good weed was as cheap as it was in those days I'd do it a lot more often!
