No, I would be very reluctant to. I don't mind the "Crap Hole" part of the name, that would have novelty/comedy value and could be being used ironically, but not knowing what the word "maner" meant would bug me too much for me to live there, and I would also get sick of people asking me what it meant and not being able to explain to them.

Only if the price was right and the complex was actually just the opposite of a Crap Hole. What a funny joke that would be!
