Not sure. Do you have to register with Help U Sell in order to view the listings? If so, then it wasn't sold through Help U Sell if the buyer doesn't have an account on there. Most of those sites charge you a flat fee up front to put it on there don't they instead of a commission?

flat fee or commission . get a real realtor to sell your housre. if you did you wouldn't have to ask these ***** questions.
