I have a DMPJ-200 MP3 player and can't copy music to the device. I get a message there is no device detected from Napster and Windows Media Player. What could be wrong?

This solution is for Windows XP and requires at least SP1. Goto http://kittysupport.com and run "Microsoft DRM KB Patch (WinXP)" under "DRM Tools". Then, goto "Device Manager"** and look for "My Flash MP3 Player" which should be under "Other Devices". Then, right-click on the device and choose "Update Driver" and choose the automatic option. After that, you should see the "MTP Media Player" window in which you should choose "Take No Action". After that, you should be good to go. **When you goto the device manager, if the device is listed under "Portable Audio Devices", then it is already installed properly. In this case, you should goto http://kittysupport.com and run "WMP Reset" under "DRM Tools". If all else fails, contact Napster support at 1-800-839-4210.
