    Bluetooth is a wireless technology like any other. It functions through the use of electromagnetic waves. In the U.S., there are 79 available Bluetooth channels spaced 1 MHz apart from 2.402 GHz to 2.480 GHz. For more details check the specification documents and FAQs here:
