No matter how I would like to nail him, any attention feeds the troll. That includes this question. It is hard, but the only thing you can really do about a troll is report and move on. If he gets ignored, he starves. If he posts and nobody cares... he is ignored. He is also less likely to come back if he does not get what he wanted: attention.
