My fish has white, salt-like spots on it. What's wrong? What can I do?

Sounds a lot like "White spot". A very common disease for gold fish. Go to you local pet shop and Im sure they'll give you some drops you can add to the water which should cure it

THE FRESHWATER AQUARIUM TROUBLE GUIDE SAYS 90 DEGREES BUT NOT HIGHER. THIS SHOULD CURE YOUR ICK IN ABOUT 2 DAYS. U CAN ALSO USE ICK CONTROL TO HELP BUT THE BEST REMEDY FOR ALMOST EVERY DISEASE IF AQUARIUM SALT AND HEAT. JUST REMEMBER TO USE AQUARIUM SALT AND NOT STANDARD TABLE SALT.
