He is a top of line WWE superstar, as such he will be on the top sallary of any of the stars, currently this stands at around 700k US dollars/year. However, all the stars also get apearance bonuses, the amount depends on the PPV income of any PPV event and on the size of the match, John Cena will allways (ATM) be in the main event and as such will get a large apearance fee, this should quite easilly double his sallary. To answer your question shortly, somewhere in the region of 1.5 million dollars/year (and that is not much for a top class athlete/actor!)
