It's because that's the evil nature of tequila. I actually love tequila, but I've had so many crapfaced tequila nights that sometimes when I LOOK at a bottle of tequila, everything I eat afterwards tastes like it. That coke flavored with lime concoction they came out with a while back used to make me absolutely puke, because the lime taste makes me think of tequila.
